> ℹ️ Anyone with access to a site may view the orders but you must have the PLANNER or the CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR role for a site to create, modify, cancel, or stop orders in this application.

If orders can be placed for a site, an Orders tab will be available on the Site Details screen.

Tap the **Add** button at the bottom right to create a new order.

Tap the :download:  **Download** button to download the orders list as a csv file.

On a mobile device, click **View** to open the Order Details [Order Details](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/1914765735) screen, or on a full screen use the options menu on the Orders list to 

- View Order Details
- Modify an Order
- Cancel an Order

# Order List

The Orders screen displays a filterable list of site orders. Tap the filter buttons to display Current, Past, or Cancelled orders for the site.

# Configuring the Order List

On desktop and tablet screens you can configure the position and visibility of the columns in the Order List. To do this, click the :SettingsIcon: **Settings** icon at the top right of the Order List.

- Use the checkboxes to select the columns that you want to see
- Drag the columns to choose the column order
- Use the **Reset to Default** button to return to the list defaults

# Order Status

The statuses that an order can have are as follows:

- **Requested** - The order has been placed, but has not yet been planned.
- **Scheduling** - The order is included in a plan, but the plan has not yet been published.
- **Estimated** - The order is in a finalised plan.
- **Confirmed** - The order has been confirmed for delivery in the future.
- **Operating** - The order is being delivered currently.
- **Delivered** - The order has already been delivered.
- **Waitlisted** - The order is Waitlisted for Planner consideration.
- **Unconfirmed** - The order requires confirmation but has not yet been confirmed.
- **Expired** - The order is expired and was not delivered.

> ℹ️ The exact conditions required for any specific status can also depend on your system configuration (for example, whether or not you require orders to be confirmed) and on the TCC setting for the outlet.

# Demand

Scroll down to view the demand curve. This shows the current demand curve for the outlet based on current and pending orders.
