> ℹ️ Anyone with access to a site may view the order details.

Open the Order Details screen by choosing the **View** option from the order menu in either the Current Orders or the Delivered Orders group. 

This shows you:

- The Operator and Water Account details for the order.
- The order status - whether it is confirmed or rationed (if you are using rationing).
- A chart of the order flows.
- The crops specified for the order (if you are using Crop Types for ordering.
- The stored water component of the order (if you have the option to use stored water).
- The available water sources (if you have more than one source available)
- The plan that the order is in (for orders planned in NetworkConnect)
- The notifications configured for the order (if you can configure these for specific orders)

If you have the appropriate access you can also open the :orderActivity: [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/2659450923](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/2659450923) screen from the Order Details screen where you can view the audit history of the order.

You can return to the site details screen for this site by tapping the **Close** button.

# Viewing Order Details on the Water Availability Chart

> ℹ️ For manully delivered orders this will only be shown for *Delivered* orders and will show the flows delivered for the order rather than the water availability.

The Water Availability Chart shows the following details:

> ℹ️ On a small screen you may have to use the scroll controls on the chart menu to see all the available options.

- Other orders - demand associated with other orders at this outlet
- Current order - demand associated with the current order (for *Pending* and *Operating* orders)
- Available Capacity - system capacity (for *Pending* and *Operating* orders)
- Requested, Scheduled, and Estimated - the flow associated with each order status. (For more information about order status see [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNC/pages/2051899439](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNC/pages/2051899439). These values are available for *Pending*, *Operating*, and *Delivered* orders.

Tap on the chart key items to toggle these options on or off. Hover over the chart to see a snapshot of the values at any point in time.
