> ℹ️ **Permissions**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ You must have the *Send Setpoint to Site* scope to change site presets. By default this scope is held by SCADA Operators, SCADA Supervisors, and SCADA Administrators.

Presets are control mode and setpoint changes that are programmed in advance to be set at a specific time. You can view and manage presets on the Presets screen for a site. Select :PresetIcon: **Presets** from the Site menu options to open the Presets screen.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ To ensure accurate preset timing, make sure that the site RTU time is [set correctly](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/2503443220).

You can set presets manually, or they may be written automatically to meet order requirements if the gate is using automatic control.

1. *Disable/Enable all presets at the site (you can enable or disable individual presets by clicking on the preset to open the preset details).*
2. *Autofill the preset settings from the downstream demand (for a Regulator) or from the pending orders (for an outlet).*
3. *Send any changes you have made to the site.*
4. *Select the preset to edit the preset details*

*Regulator Presets screen*

# Enable or Disable Presets

You can disable or enable all presets by using the **ENABLE/DISABLE** option at the bottom of the presets screen. Tap **SEND** after toggling this switch to update the site with your change.

If the site is toggled to *Enabled*, you can toggle the **Enable** switch beside each preset to enable or disabled the individual preset. If the site is toggled to **Disabled**, the status of individual presets is ignored and no presets will be triggered at the site.

# Add, Change or Remove a Preset

If presets for the site are *Enabled*, select an individual preset to make changes to the preset. When you have finished making changes, click the **SEND** button at the bottom of the screen to send your changes to the site.

## Autofill Presets

You can automaticallly configure presets:

- For a Regulator site, click the **Autofill from Demand** button to configure the presets based on known downstream demand including orders, setflows, and expected losses.
- For an Outlet site, click the **Autofill from Orders** button to configure the presets based on pending orders for the site.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ Your system may be configured to only consider confirmed orders when autofilling presets.
