> ℹ️ Anyone with access to view the orders for a site can see those orders in the Delivery Schedule screen.

The Delivery Schedule (or Running Sheet) shows:

- The flow changes for delivered, running or pending orders for a period.
- The sums of the positive and negative flow changes on the list and the difference between the two.
- The order details including the date the order was lodged and the date the order flows begin.
- Sites with pending orders are highlighted on the map with their flow changes.

# Viewing Pending Orders

To view pending orders, select an area and adjust the report time if necessary (the default is one day).

1. Delivery schedule filter
2. Open or close the map view.
3. Orders tab showing sums of positive and negative changes in flow and an order list.
4. Trend tab.
5. Sites with pending orders are highlighted on the map with their flow change details.

# Viewing the Delivery Schedule Trend

You can view the flow trend chart for the delivery schedule on the Trend tab if you have filtered the list by area. This shows the flow at the top regulator specified for the area.

> ℹ️ If there is more than one top regulator you will have the option to choose the regulator to view.

# Viewing or Modifying Order Details

To view or modify order details, tap the site menu icon and choose **View**. This will take you to the View Order Details screen.

# Setting Defaults for the Delivery Schedule period.

You can configure a default start time and duration for the Delivery Schedule period so that you don’t need to reconfigure the period each time you open the Delivery Schedule. 

To configure this you must set the following two parameters in the DMS Parameter Editor:

- Delivery Schedule Default Duration
- Delivery Schedule Default Start Offset
