> ℹ️ Users can view water efficiency data in SiteConnect and NetworkConnect if they have the *View Irrigation Units* and *View Irrigation Units Plantings* scopes. By default this will include users with the PLANNER role in SiteConnect and NetworkConnect.

If you are using Irrigation Units and Plantings, you can view water efficiency data for water accounts and for individual irrigation units on the **Efficiency** page.

- To view water efficiency data for a water account, choose :efficiencyIcon: **Efficiency** from the Water Account menu on the Water Accounts page.
- To view water efficiency data for an individual irrigation unit, choose :efficiencyIcon: **Efficiency **from the Irrigation Unit menu on the Irrigation Units page/tab or open the Efficiency tab on the Irrigation Unit Summary screen.

# Efficiency Page Layout

By default the Efficiency page shows the summary graph of efficiency data but you can toggle the view to show data in table format. The screenshot below shows the Efficiency page for an individual irrigation unit.

## Efficiency Graph

2. *Filter options for the efficiency graph and list.*
3. *Switch between the graph view and the list view.*
4. *Download efficiency data to a csv file.*
5. *Graph key. Tap a key item to toggle its visibility on the graph.*
6. *Efficiency graph. Hover over the graph to see a popup list of data at any specific point.*

## Efficiency List

Select the list toggle (item 3 in the image above) to select either graph data or list data.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ This shows efficiency data for a specific irrigation unit because it has been opened from the Irrigation Unit menu. If you open the Efficiency page for the whole Water Account there will also be an Irrigation Unit column in the list.

## Efficiency Data Display

(For a list of the data used see [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/2661843009](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/2661843009) ).

### Displaying data for different crops

Cumulative data such as the water balance is shown on the Efficiency graph as lines while other data (daily data for a month chart or summary data for a six months or yearly chart) will be show as bars.

### Summarising data based on the time period

The way the data is displayed in the graph and table depends on the time period selected. For longer periods it is summarised in blocks of time:

- For a month (the default), data is shown for each day in the month (where available).
- For six months, only summary data is shown for each week.
- For a year, only summary data is shown for each month.

If you choose a time period that uses summary data (six months or a year) then, if there was more than one crop for an irrigation unit the data for each crop will be shown separately.

### Displaying Data for the Whole Water Account

If you are viewing the Efficiency for a Water Account rather than an individual irrigation unit, the data is summarised by crop on the Efficiency Graph. So data from different irrigation units is summed if they are growing the same crop.

On the Efficiency List, data is shown separately for each irrigation unit and there is an additional Irrigation Unit column in the table to identify the irrigation unit.

# Filtering Efficiency Data

The following filters are available for the efficiency graph and list.

- **Period** - Choose a time period to show on the graph or list. This defaults to one month.
- **Start Date** - Choose a start date for the display. This defaults to showing the most recent selected period.
- **Crop Type** - Show data for individual crop types or for all crop types.

For the *Graph* view you can toggle the display of graph data by clicking on the key for a data type.

For the *List* view you can select the columns to display in the list. Tap the :SettingsIcon: **Settings** button at the top right to display a list of available columns.

# Download Efficiency Data

Tap the :download: **Download** button to the right of the filter options to download the efficiency data to a csv file.
