There may be changes to the orders in the planning period while you are scheduling the plan or after you have already published the plan. You will be alerted to these changes within the Plan Details and Segment Details screens.

Tap the **Updates** button to open the **Pending Updates** screen. When you have made your changes, click the :applyChanges: **Apply Changes **icon to update the plan (you do not need to publish the plan to do this).

# Late Orders

Late orders are orders that are requested after the plan has already been created (it may or may not be published). If you are logged into a plan when a late order is requested, an Update alert button will appear with the number of new orders.

Click on the **Updates** button to review the late orders on the **Pending Updates** screen. You can add any individual orders to the Unscheduled Orders list or choose to add all the late orders at once.

# Modified Orders

If irrigators request updates after an order has already been estimated you will see an **Updates** button on the segment panel in the Order Details screen and also in the Segment Details screen. 

Any estimated orders that have been changed and are awaiting approval will be indicated with a coloured bar at the beginning of the order row. Hover over the bar to view more details of what has changed.

Click on the button in the Segment Details screen to review and (optionally) apply the requested changes on the **Pending Updates** screen.
